Meet Vicky Rawlings
I’ve spent over 30 years in the fitness industry in various roles but my journey started long before that. Growing up, I struggled with my weight and confidence. I discovered fitness through dance, became a Jazzercise instructor, and fell in love with movement.
In my 40s, even with years of experience, I hit a wall. I wasn’t getting results, and I didn’t feel like myself. That’s when I shifted to strength training and proper nutrition. It completely changed my body and my mindset.
Now, I help women over 40 do the same through the Fit Over 40 Challenge. This program is built from real strategies that help women feel strong, energized, and confident again.
